What is Skye Cloud ID?

Skye Cloud ID is our new login service that allows users to access the public documentation and release notes on https://confluence.innoveo.com. It requires users to register using their work email address and provides secure access to the documentation.


What are the changes for the public documentation?

Going forward, users will need to login using Skye Cloud ID to access the public documentation and release notes on https://confluence.innoveo.com. This provides enhanced security and allows us to better manage user access.


How do I login?

You will be automatically redirected to our Skye Cloud ID service when trying to access https://confluence.innoveo.com. There, you can either sign up for a new account or login with your existing account.


How do I register?

To register, click on the "Register" link on the login page and follow the sign-up flow. Please use your work/corporate email address as it is required for access. You will also need to verify your email address, so please check your inbox and spam folder if you do not receive the verification email. After clicking the verification link, you will be redirected back to the public documentation page.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot password" link on the login page to start the password reset flow. Follow the instructions on screen and check your inbox and spam folder for the password reset email. After resetting your password, you will be redirected back to the public documentation page.


How do I log out?

To terminate your session, access your account portal here and click on the Sign Out button in the upper right corner.


How long am I logged in?

You will need to log in again after 5 days of inactivity for security reasons. This helps protect your account and ensures that only authorized users have access to the documentation.


What happens if I forget to log out?

The system will sign log you out after 5 days of inactivity for security reasons. This helps protect your account and ensures that only authorized users have access to the documentation.


What happens if I don’t get the confirmation email to complete setup of my Skye Cloud ID?

Unfortunately, it can happen that the email lands in your junk or spam folder. Please check those as well. In case you still did not receive the email, contact our support.


I logged in but I cannot see the documentation. What do I do now?

Skye Cloud ID can redirect the user to the documentation only if the original request was sent to confluence.innoveo.com (and not id.innoveo.cloud).

Simply visit confluence.innoveo.com


Why is there still a login button in Confluence?

Unless you're accessing some public documentation or release notes when browsing on confluence.innoveo.com you will see a login button in the upper right corner. The reason for this is that Skye Cloud ID avoids all users to access the service. On the other hand the confluence login button is for internal users that want to edit content on the page. These users need to login twice, once to access the service itself (using their Skye Cloud ID login) and again in confluence to make changes.

Once some technical limitations are removed in the future we will be able to switch to a single login only.


How can I get support in case of an issue?

Please first take a look at the FAQ. We continously update it with solutions to problems other users have encountered. If you still need help please the next best option is to create a ticket in our servicedesk. Please specifiy the following fields:
